Shin Injury

Went for training as usual.Just that I have swells near both my shins. I have no idea what is that. But our track workout was quite bad. After 1 set, I realised my shin starts to hurt. I did recovery run in the end. It hurts throughout the whole run. But whatever it is, I'll do it as long as it will help me to recover. I was kind of down then. I'm the kind of person who will try to do all things I can. But actually I can't. I was truly like down. But after training. On the way home. So many people took 157. The lame jokes on the bus. Was really funny, the nicknames. That cheered me up. The cold jokes was interesting. I think as long I feel sad, I can just sit on the bus and listen to them. Surely you'll find yourself laughing. C; Another reason for going for training. Big smile. Track rox.
